You’ll be the go-to person for sales support administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and contributing to the success of sales efforts.

An exciting opportunity to join an expanding successful team, this role offers hybrid working and a supportive leadership. Initially a six-month temporary contract with the potential of joining the team permanently. 

Key responsibilities of the Sales Support Specialist:

  • Raising contracts, orders, POs, quotes, legal documentation and offers using the Salesforce system
  • Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency
  • Supporting Sales Managers with a proactive deal support and solutions
  • Collaborating with the team to ensure deadlines and goals are met

What we’re looking for:

  • Proven experience in a sales support role (2-3 years min.)
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems is highly desirable
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to identify areas for improvement
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Fluent in English + one other language preferably

We’re looking for an experienced legal professional to step into a high-impact interim role with a leading real estate-focused team. If you bring a sharp legal mind, deep knowledge of Dutch compliance frameworks, and the confidence to lead, this could be a great next move.

Your role as the Interim Senior Corporate Lawyer:

Acting as the go-to expert for KYC/AML within the real estate business line, you’ll lead client onboarding, manage ongoing monitoring processes, and provide hands-on guidance to a small team. You\'ll also act as a first-line advisor on compliance matters, helping the business maintain high standards of governance and risk management.

What we’re looking for:

  • 4–8 years of corporate legal experience, ideally within a corporate services environment
  • Experience in a compliance-focused role 
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken)
  • Strong understanding of Dutch AML/KYC laws (Wtt, Wwft, Sanctions Law)
