Key responsibilities:
Market Strategy Development:
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to formulate effective sales strategies.
Develop and implement comprehensive business plans to achieve sales objectives and maximize market penetration.
Implementing the right product mix for France, via direct trade negotiation and distributors.
Customer Relationship Management:
Manage on and off-trade key accounts through distributors and cultivate strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, and retail partners
Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and provide customized solutions to drive sales growth
Product Launch and Promotion:
Plan and execute product launches, promotional campaigns, and marketing activities to create brand awareness and drive sales

Budget Management:
Develop and manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve financial targets
Monitor and report on sales performance against budget, making adjustments as necessary
Desired Qualifications/Experience:
Experience working with 3rd party distributors
Proven experience in sales management, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry
Strong understanding of the Parisian and French market dynamics
Fluent in both English and French
