"I have worked with Neil recently for a career opportunity with a Fortune 25 US company. I was a job candidate and Neil was the recruiter. From the start, Neil has conducted two thorough sessions with me, one to access my suitability for the role, the other to provide me with detailed information on role requirements, company background, as well as to gauge my interest and motivation. Next comes the actual interview stage with the company. Three rounds of interviews had been arranged by Neil on behalf of the company with me, each with a different focus with several company managers and leaders. "In the summer 2017 I was sure about my next career movement and what I will be doing in the future. However in August 2017 I suddenly received a message from EMEA Recruitment introducing a position within Sandoz. I was not surprised that Recruiters contacted me, but I was more surprised about the position that they thought would be suitable for me. My first thought was that it is completely different and how can I even fit the profile.
 
Nevertheless Georgia Wright sounded so enthusiastic about the position and that she thinks it might be a very good fit, so I started to analyze it myself. After the first interview and my personal analysis I realized that "Indeed! Why not? I have the characteristics that they are looking for and I was dealing with such functions before only from different perspective" . The conclusion here is: Georgia understood it even faster than me, that this might be a perfect move for my career (and this is fascinating). I believe it is a significant sign of her level of professionalism in seeing people through, and probably understanding their psychology.
 
However, what I really liked is that during the process of recruitment she was not pushing me to take this position, she was just trying to explain the positive sides of it, and at the same time making sure that I am alright with everything, that this is what is needed for me. And for this I am very thankful.
 
Georgia has also helped me a lot with preparation for the interviews.
