EMEA Recruitment is working exclusively with an international FMCG business to hire a Global HR Technology Manager who will provide guidance for functional and technical HR IT solutions.

Working closely with the business and HR to understand their HR technology needs, you will provide solution recommendations and oversee the implementation of these solutions.

The role sits in the Global IT Core Functions team, but has significant interaction with the HR function and senior leaders in the business, so requires someone with a strong technical understanding who is able to translate this for non-IT stakeholders.

Responsibilities of the Global HR Technology Manager:
  • Consult with the business and co-select HR IT tools that are fit for purpose
  • Oversee the design and implementation of HR IT solutions
  • Provide oversight and approval on the HR software development lifecycle
  • Provide oversight and governance for the delivery of HR IT initiatives, including template custodianship and user adoption
  • Project management
Experience required:
  • Experience of multiple HR platforms with a strong preference for SuccessFactors
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Industry experience with a CPG/FMCG company
  • Ability to act as a business partner and identify HR IT tools and solutions that meet the business needs
  • Experience in a complex, multi-national business
  • Keen to learn, with a flexible, proactive approach
  • Experience with an HR service management system, such as ServiceNow, is an advantage
