Daniel Ogebule - Recruitment Consultant

Daniel is a Recruitment Consultant operating within our Finance & Accounting recruitment in the Netherlands. He examines the market for top talent across multiple industries, including food & beverages, FMCG, and pharmaceutical.

He joined EMEA Recruitment in February 2023 in our Swiss Procurement & Supply Chain division, where he significantly contributed to the growth of the team. Daniel progressed to our Swiss Finance & Accountancy recruitment division in November 2023 to diversify his knowledge in the market. He then moved to our Netherlands team in December 2024 to expand his areas of expertise.

With prior recruitment experience, Daniel can handle the entire recruitment process from start to finish. Previously, he worked in Sales for five years and led a team of nine, where he was heavily involved in hands-on training and teaching – something he now utilises in preparing candidates for interviews.

Actively learning at a rapid pace and developing his network, Daniel is present on calls with clients, learning about the business culture to gauge how the ideal candidate would complement their operations.

Daniel finds meeting people from all walks of life interesting and enjoys gaining insight into different cultures and experiences; he does this regularly through headhunting on LinkedIn and expanding our network.

For Daniel, being able to champion candidates and help support a business by strategically placing people to help further their growth is a feeling second to none.

Daniel’s Interests

In his spare time, Daniel enjoys going to the shooting range and the cinema.

He also likes playing football and, as an active member of our ESG committee, Daniel has participated in charity football events.

Fine dining is another interest of Daniel’s, and he finds himself reminiscing about a hot plate steak he had when he attended a birthday meal in London. He likes how the experience differentiates from other restaurants.
