As the Supply and Demand Planner, your role within this growing organization will be to integrate planning processes across the supply chain planning team and within different business functions.

Your responsibilities will include m
onitoring stock and inventory levels while achieving appropriate demand forecasting levels with the Supply Chain, Finance, and Commercial Business units.

The role is based in Geneva, Switzerland, and provides hybrid working opportunities.

Responsibilities of the Supply and Demand Planner:
  • Take ownership of demand forecasting by working closely with commercial and financial stakeholders at both global and local levels
  • Design and refine short-, mid-, and long-term supply plans to support business objectives
  • Monitor and control stock levels to strike the right balance between availability and efficiency
  • Review forecast accuracy metrics regularly, identify discrepancies, and take corrective steps as needed
  • Track and report on planning KPIs, including forecast accuracy, bias, stock coverage, and OTIF (On-Time In-Full) delivery
  • Propose and implement enhancements in forecasting tools and methodologies to improve planning performance

Desirable requirements: 
  • Minimum of 4-5 years in a comparable planning role, ideally in the pharmaceutical, medical device, or cosmetics sectors
  • Skilled in using enterprise planning systems such as SAP or other advanced planning software
  • Demonstrated strengths in data analysis, organizational planning, and proactive problem solving
  • Fluent in both French and English

As Senior Process Engineer - FMCG, you'll focus on the Utilities within the Group projects for optimization, reduction of consumption, performance improvement, new technologies, environmental safety, and best practices.

The Utility processes should be developed and implemented so that the workflow happens in an efficient and lean way. These initiatives have to be interlinked with the sustainability road map development (TTZAB) and CAPEX/technology phasing/selection and prioritization within our breweries and beverage plants.
