EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with an international business based in Zug, which is looking to bring in a Supply Planner to support the European and EMEA region.

The Supply Planner will manage the supply of a range of products within the client’s external manufacturing network.

The successful candidate will work closely with Supply Chain and their suppliers to encourage future growth and improvement.

Primary duties of the Supply Planner include:

• Working with master data in ERP and Planning systems
• Work alongside stakeholders across the company (such as Sales, External Manufacturing & Innovation) to ensure the availability of products, new product launches and phasing out of discontinued products
• Responsible for planning, root cause analysis and problem solving for the operational production plan
• Monitoring and analysing the external manufacturers’ performance
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate deliveries from the external sites
• Improvement of planning systems through continuous improvement

Skills and experience required:

• 2-5 years’ Planning experience in a Supply Chain environment
• Experienced with SAP and alternative planning tools
• Advanced Excel user
• Strong communication skills
• Experience working with external manufacturers is preferred
• Fluent English speaker, any other language is advantageous
• Understanding of integrated Supply Chain Management
