As the Senior Tax Manager, you will be a pivotal member of the global tax team and work closely with the Director of Tax and relative finance teams. 

Key responsibilities of the Senior Tax Manager include, but are not limited to:

• Overseeing the direct tax compliance process, which includes:
• Implementing, improving and developing the tax processes and controls
• Submitting tax filings, dealing with tax reg status (across various countries)
• Implementing tax technology solutions, driving transparency & efficiency 
• Being the point of contact globally, for all direct tax matters
• Dealing with tax legislation, legal administration - and all matters that impact the position of the business relating to direct tax

Candidate Requirements:

• Certified Swiss Tax Expert
• Strong experience in the area of international tax
• Strong communication skills, able to partner with other business leaders and external parties
• Fluent in English; Fluent German is a plus!

As the Group Accountant, you will be the main point of contact for SAP within the Finance function (SAP Group Key User). 

This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a driving role within Accounting, working with a group-wide function, with strong career progression prospects.

Duties of the Group Accountant include: 

• Reporting and analysis of the group\'s monthly results/reporting
• Reporting to Swiss GAAP FER - including maintenance and implementation, being the main contact for Swiss GAAP FER queries
• Contact point for SAP (SD and MM) modules, and SAP 4HANA
• Internal auditing of the finance processes & continuous process improvement
• Supporting the Swiss companies in accounting, according to the Swiss Code of Obligations
• Assistance in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation

The Ideal Candidate:

• Professional experience within an Accounting function, with strong knowledge of SAP (SD, MM, 4HANA) to a \"Key User\" status
• Strong knowledge of Swiss GAAP FER and OR
• Business-level communication skills in German and English
• Knowledge of Transfer Pricing will be a huge asset, as this role will include this!
