As Client Development Director at EMEA Recruitment and member of the board, Michelle supports our recruitment teams across our core markets. She led our operations in the Netherlands to great success up until the end of 2023 before changing her focus towards the Nordic region particularly in the interim market within the Finance sector.
With more than 18 years’ experience in recruitment and over nine with EMEA, Michelle has built a widespread network spanning multiple specialisms and sectors.
By adopting a hands-on approach and as an active listener, Michelle offers a consultative approach through honesty and transparency and ultimately enables the best recruitment journey for all parties involved.
