Managing a small team, we are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional as the new Head of Accounting.

In this role, you will be responsible for a broad range of financial and Accounting functions, ensuring alignment with group policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Accounting include:

• Developing and implementing Accounting and financial policies in line with group guidelines

• Supporting the preparation of financial statements and balance sheets through effective data collection and analysis

• Leading year-end audit processes and ensuring accurate and timely reporting

• Managing internal controls to safeguard financial integrity

• Overseeing and managing major contracts to ensure compliance and efficiency

• Ensuring full compliance with all relevant financial and tax regulations

• Providing leadership and guidance to your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment

• Managing day-to-day Accounting transactions and postings

• Preparing accruals and year-end provisions

• Overseeing fixed asset management processes

• Collaborating with IT to develop and maintain SAP systems and enhance financial processes

Essential requirements:

• Degree in Finance/Accounting
• Fluent in Swedish
• 10 years\' experience in an Accounting role
• Strong knowledge of SAP and Excel
