Alex is an outgoing Associate Consultant in our Nordics recruitment team, having joined EMEA Recruitment in August 2023.
Working in close partnership with Senior Consultant, Hanna Gibson, the pair source top-tier talent across our specialist disciplines for our international clients.
Although Alex has a Swedish background, he is multi-lingual and has lived in a total of five different countries across Europe and Asia, creating a culturally rich approach to recruitment and the ability to listen and relate to the backgrounds of others.
With four years of customer service experience, Alex naturally embeds a warm people-first approach and understands the importance of empathy to encourage meaningful conversations. This has given him the skill to thoroughly understand the true motivations and aspirations of candidates, which helps him match them to organisations.
