Order to Cash Distribution Specialist - 6 months FTC

 

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international client in its search for an Order to Cash Distribution Specialist to join their team in Amsterdam on a 6-month contract.  

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating Customer Order and Distribution processes with their Logistics Service Provider for Customer Service, Distribution and Warehousing activity.

The OTC & Distribution Specialist will be the central point of contact between their Logistics Service Provider and the various stakeholders in the EMEA region.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for continuously monitoring and managing the customer operations inbox
  • Facilitate new customer setup and master data maintenance process
  • Responsible for supporting the customer operations team with daily customer order and distribution activities
  • Ensure compliance and adherence to order to cash and customer distribution processes
  • Provide forward-looking solutions to effectively resolve customer support-related issues
  • Responsible for executing various SAP S4 Hana transactions
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Supply Chain or similar
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position
  • Experience in regional supply chain operations, warehousing, inventory management and customer distribution through a Logistics Service Provider
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Fluent English
