We are a newly formed international software Consulting Services company specializing in ERP consulting and formed by 250+ seasoned consultants with decades of industry expertise and operations in the Nordics, Central and Southern Europe. We are seeking an experienced Principal Solution Architect to join our highly skilled services team. The ideal candidate will have deep experience across multiple Infor cloud solutions to design digital roadmaps and solutions that meet customer requirements and deliver on their business outcomes. This role requires experience in multiple industry segments such as Food and Beverage, Distribution and/or Discrete Manufacturing and an innate desire to push the boundaries and find innovative solutions.

Responsibilities and skills

• Expert in designing Infor Cloud Solutions and digital roadmaps across a broad remit of Infor Industry solutions and able to extract and present the business value of solutions to c-level customers
• Experience of driving innovation for customers and proven ability to find innovative solutions to complex requirements
• A true expert of industry core processes and industry trends across multiple industry segments such as and Food & Beverage, Distribution and/or Discrete Manufacturing
• A trusted advisor for customers who can speak to industry trends and business drivers who is comfortable with leading architecture discussions at c-level both before and after the sale
• Expert in the application of Infor architecture engagement processes and tools
• Well versed with industry standards for business processes, information and architectural models
• Leading with a Customer First mindset, building a strong positive relationship and repeat business
• Passionate about driving repeatability and best practice in the architecture community
• Experience of onboarding and coaching new hires to become

The preferred candidate will

• have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a relevant area of study
• a long tenure of working in senior roles as a solution architect on Infor ERP Cloud solutions across all business process areas of Warehousing, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing and Planning, Customer Sales, Finance; or Service and Rental.
• a proven ability to decompose technical complexity into simple, business focused outcomes
• strong sales acumen and demonstrated ability to help position value to C-level executives
• Possess deep industry expertise across multiple industry segments such as and Food & Beverage, Distribution and/or Discrete Manufacturing
• Expertise in business process standards and information & architectural models in these industries
• Experience in preparing and leading complex architecture discussions with customers
• Passionate about always doing the right thing for the customer and putting the Customer First
