We are a newly formed international software Consulting Services company specializing in ERP consulting and formed by 250+ seasoned consultants with decades of industry expertise and operations in the Nordics, Central and Southern Europe. We are seeking an experienced Project Director to join our highly skilled services team. The ideal candidate will experience of project directing a team of project manager(s), consultants and architect(s) to implement large, complex and global Infor Cloud solution projects across multiple solutions and countries. This role requires experience in multiple industry segments such as Food and Beverage, Distribution and/or Discrete Manufacturing.

Responsibilities and skills

• Lead project and where applicable, manage other project managers to set up and continually monitor implementation progress against the plan
• Lead discussion with customer’s around targeted business outcomes and how these will be reflected in the plan. Monitor project against these targeted business outcomes.
• Continually monitor actual budget vs the planned budget and take pro-active measures if required to ensure project remains on budget
• Manage client project escalations where applicable
• Lead project teams to develop functional/technical solution & configuration that matches client functional requirements, design specifications and targeted business outcomes
• Be the trusted advisor to advise customers on how to configure their Infor solution based on your prior experience of implementing Infor solutions
• Ensure key project risks are identified and monitored and resolved
• Lead Customer Steering Committee meetings
• Ensure regular project updates and reporting to customer and leadership is provided

The preferred candidate will

• PMP, Prince or similar relevant project management certification
• Experience of leading Agile or partially agile projects
• Experienced in leading discussions with c-level stakeholders
• Possess strong analytical and organizational skills
• Experience of working with multi-cultural teams, across different timezones
• Experienced in leading large complex and global projects
• Technically competent with project management tools such as MS Project
• Passionate about always doing the right thing for the customer and putting the Customer First
