Job Description

We are a newly formed international software Consulting Services company specializing in ERP consulting and formed by 250+ seasoned consultants with decades of industry expertise and operations in the Nordics, Central and Southern Europe. We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our highly skilled services team. The ideal candidate will have senior project management experience of managing a team to implement large, complex Infor Cloud solution projects across multiple solutions and countries.

 

Responsibilities and skills

  • Establish project plan and continually monitor implementation progress against the plan
  • Ensure customer’s targeted business outcomes are well understood and reflected in the plan
  • Continually monitor actual budget vs the planned budget and take pro-active measures if required to ensure project remains on budget
  • Organize and assist with client facing implementation projects, including information gathering, analysis, design, implementation, testing and go live activities
  • Collaborate with project teams to develop functional/technical solution & configuration that matches client functional requirements, design specifications and targeted business outcomes
  • Provide customers with advice on how to configure their Infor solution based on your prior experience of implementing Infor solutions
  • Ensure key project risks are identified and monitored and pro-actively escalate if required
  • Lead Customer Steering Committee meetings
  • Provide regular project updates and reporting to customer and manager
  • Manage projects with a Customer First mindset, building a strong positive relationship with customers

The preferred candidate will

  • PMP or similar relevant project management certification
  • Experienced in managing and communicating to c-level stakeholders
  • Possess strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Experience of working with multi-cultural teams, across different timezones
  • Experienced in managing large complex and sometimes global projects
  • Available to travel to customer site as required
  • Technically competent with project management tools such as MS Project
  • Passionate about always doing the right thing for the customer and putting the Customer First
