Lead Finance Analyst

Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is recruiting for a Lead Finance Analyst, on behalf of our client, a global manufacturing company with a presence in Amsterdam.

The Lead Finance Analyst will play a key role in partnering with senior stakeholders in the region, and support with budgeting/forecasting of costs.

Key responsibilities of the Lead Finance Analyst:

• Partner with key stakeholders including the Regional Finance Director, Regional President and the Functional Leadership
• Support the budgeting/forecasting of overhead costs
• Provide FP&A and market monthly estimates prior to close
• Form a close working group with regional functional leads in HR, retail, etc.
• Deliver data-based insights to summarise financial models and present potential scenarios

Experience required:

• 5-7 years' experience in a Financial Analysis role
• Manufacturing/retail experience (preferable)
• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting or similar
• Fluency in English
• High levels of resilience and drive, motivated and proactive
