Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is exclusively working with a leading global manufacturer of high-quality sporting goods in its search for a Finance Manager FP&A to join its team in Eindhoven.

In this role, you will work closely with the Finance Director to streamline financial operations.

You'll be responsible for managing the finance team and overseeing all financial aspects of the business, ensuring proper financial administration with adherence to regulatory controls and company standards that ensure the financial data integrity of the organisation.


The purpose of this role is to step into the Finance Manager FP&A position whilst current employees are being utilised on implementation projects.

You will join the business on a Fixed Term Contract with a minimum of one year, with the likelihood of two years in total.


Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
  • Contributing to the tactical and operational plans for your area of responsibility
  • Be responsible for the execution and monitoring of plans, managing budgets and reporting on achievements
  • Manage and develop team members to achieve company performance objectives and own development goals
  • Ensure that the team for which responsible fulfils their purpose and meets its deliverables
  • Identify and actively contribute to the improvement and optimization of business processes & organisational development
  • Contribute to or lead projects, as required and relevant to own discipline or position

Relevant experience and qualifications:
  • A minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar position
  • A degree or master’s degree in a relevant field is desirable but not essential
  • Ability to work independently
  • Experience in management or lead position
  • Background in FP&A
  • Hands-on approach with a willingness to support the day-to-day function when needed
