Head of Tax

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international manufacturing client in their search for a Head Of Tax. You will be based at their office in Zug.

If you are a Swiss Tax Expert with knowledge of international and corporate tax and transfer pricing, and looking for your next step as Head of Tax, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!

This role requires someone who is not only well-versed in Swiss tax regulations but also possesses a deep understanding of IFRS standards.

As the Head of Tax, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the tax strategy and ensuring compliance within our client's organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute tax strategies to optimize tax position
• Provide expert advice on corporate tax matters and transfer pricing
• Ensure compliance with Swiss tax regulations and IFRS standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate tax considerations into business decisions
• Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations

• Swiss Tax expert with experience in international manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of corporate tax and transfer pricing
• Fluent in German and English
• Possessing an MBA or ExpertSuisse qualification is preferred
• Proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking
