EMEA Recruitment is delighted to be working with an international business in it's search for a Head of Controlling to join their finance team. 

As the Head of Controlling, you will play a pivotal role in steering our financial strategy and optimizing our operational performance.

You will lead a talented team of finance professionals, driving financial planning, analysis, and reporting initiatives to support strategic decision-making across the organisation. Your insights will be instrumental in guiding the growth trajectory and ensuring financial sustainability within a dynamic industry. 

Key responsibilities as the Head of Group Controlling:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management
• Oversee financial reporting, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and transparency in all financial activities
• Drive continuous improvement in financial processes and controls, identifying opportunities for efficiency gains and cost optimization
• Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as operations, sales, and engineering to align financial objectives with business operations

The Ideal Candidate:

We are looking to speak to professionals with strong experience in Group Controlling, including project controlling, with a relative Accounting/Finance qualification. 

This role will require a high level of IFRS knowledge, including strong communication skills in German and English.
