My client, a fast-paced, global technology business is urgently seeking a Business Unit Controller, who will be based in Nyon.This is a time of transformation for the business, so they are looking for someone hands-on with the ability to work independently and support the development of the Finance function.
As a Business Unit Controller, your responsibilities will include:
- Prepare and present monthly performance report
- Provide insights and recommendations for the business
- Drive P&L in collaboration with BU leadership
- Project controlling
- Perform forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis
- Conduct financial modeling for projects
- Assess make-or-buy decisions and manage CAPEX
- Execute special finance and controlling projects
Your Profile:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or similar discipline
- 5-7 years of experience in project accounting analysis and business controlling
- Proficiency in accounting and reporting systems, including Power BI or QLikSense
- Experience with SAP preferred
- Fluency in English and French
- Proactive attitude, effective problem-solving skills, and decision-making abilities
- Adaptability to changing environments
