We’re partnering with a growing international group to recruit a Technical Accountant at the group level to strengthen their Consolidation & Reporting team in Geneva.

This newly created position offers exposure to complex accounting, dual-listed reporting, and future M&A activity. If you’re a technically strong accountant with excellent written English and a passion for solving challenging accounting issues at a strategic level, we’d like to hear from you.


Working closely with the Financial Reporting Manager, you’ll:

  • Research and document complex accounting treatments (e.g. M&A, JVs, US GAAP)
  • Draft technical memos and support quarterly and year-end consolidations
  • Prepare regulatory filings including 20-F, MD&A, and Swiss reports
  • Liaise with auditors and contribute to strong internal controls
  • Support upcoming corporate transactions and expansion into new markets

What We’re Looking For:

  • Fluent written English and strong communication skills
  • CPA with solid technical accounting knowledge – US GAAP essential
  • Ability to research and write clearly on complex topics (accounting memos)
  • Experience in a listed or audit environment (Big 4 backgrounds welcome)
  • Team player with a steady, long-term mindset

  •  ~CHF 150,000 base salary
