Paul Macildowie
Paul has a demonstrably successful and extensive career in recruitment, beginning after he qualified as a Chartered Accountant (ACA) and left his role at Deloitte to work for an international recruitment firm early in his career. In 2009, he joined EMEA Recruitment as our Chairman, bringing his experience in the financial recruitment industry and considerable business acumen.
Paul was previously founder and owner of Macildowie Associates, a financial recruitment company which he later sold in a multi-million pound deal after 15 years of management and ownership.
He is a part-owner of EMEA Recruitment and focuses on the strategy for our continued growth.
Paul's Interests
Being a father to 4 sons continues to keep Paul busy in his spare time, but he also has a passion for travelling (particularly Asia) and golf.
