This week, EMEA Recruitment looks forward to co-hosting an event on ‘Equality and Inclusion in Finance’ along with HEINEKEN and PAiE, with PwC also presenting. The event has been spearheaded by EMEA Founder and co-owner Paul Toms and Global People Capability Manager for Finance at HEINEKEN, Melissa Muirhead, and will be held at the Heineken Experience in Amsterdam.

Ahead of the event, we caught up with Melissa Muirhead, who features in our latest podcast epsiode. Continuing a successful career in HR, Melissa moved from New Zealand to the Netherlands in 2018 to work for Heineken. Here she is responsible for driving strategic talent priorities for a global finance function of around 5000 employees.
