How to Find your High-Performing Self and Leverage this in your Career

24 November, 2022

On Tuesday 6th December 2022, EMEA Recruitment was joined by our career development partner, Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) for a hybrid event in Geneva, Switzerland.

How to Find your High-Performing Self and Leverage this in your Career was available in person for those living or working in Geneva, or virtually for those who could not attend.

The event explored how to acknowledge and appreciate your unique features and accelerate your growth, as well as how to perform consistently on the basis of unidentified fundamentals that give you confidence and belief.

Speaking was Jonathan Cave, the Founder and CEO of MyPhy, who helps senior executives, leaders and business owners master the art of “InPowerment”.

This session in Geneva was the first in a series of three events we’re hosting in partnership with IMA – each will be available virtually or in person, to enable guests from across Switzerland to partake in each meeting.

A Journey in Personal Leadership

On 6th December, attendees learned:

  • How to acknowledge and appreciate your unique features and accelerate your growth
  • How to perform consistently on the basis of unidentified fundamentals that give you confidence and belief

Jonathan Cave had a successful career as a highly-trained lawyer/partner in a multi-family office in Geneva, where – for nearly 15 years – he helped high and ultra-high-net-worth families grow their businesses and protect their fortunes.

At the age of 40, he reoriented his career and trained in coaching, public speaking, and leadership.

Upcoming Events in the Series

In the New Year, we will be hosting further events with IMA on the following topics – dates to be confirmed:
