EMEA Recruitment is searching for a Dutch Payroll Specialist for our client in the media industry.
They are looking for an energetic and enterprising person with broad knowledge and experience in the field of payroll.
Together with your colleagues, you will take care of the payroll for 1,200 people and be responsible for the entire payroll process of the organisation's various entities.
The successful payroll specialist with receive opportunities to progress, and in return will receive an attractive package with the possibility to work abroad for up to 60 days per year within the EU.
Responsibilities of Payroll Specialist:
First point of contact regarding payroll administration for employees and HR Business Partners
Responsible for the processing and controls of the payroll administration for all organisation's entities
Keep up-to-date with the laws and regulations within payroll
Provide (on request) reports regarding salary data
Check the invoices received at the Payroll department
Experience Required:
Experience in a similar role within a European, international business setting
You are in possession of your PDL diploma
Experience with AFAS is essential
You have experience in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with the 30% scheme would be advantageous
You have good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages
Fluent Dutch is essential
You have an eye for detail, a hands-on mentality, an eagerness to learn and are a team player
