Commercial Finance Controller

EMEA Recruitment is proud to be working with a well-established FMCG business in the search for a Commercial Finance Controller to be a strategic partner for commercial clusters in delivering profitable growth.

This role requires international travel to France and Germany, so if you are willing to travel and experience different manufacturing sites this could be the role for you.
 
This position will suit an all-round finance professional profile with strong business acumen and an ability to work under pressure to meet short deadlines.
 
The main duties of the Commercial Finance Controller are: 

• Responsible for all financial matters supporting the Commercial Leaders to make optimal business decisions to drive growth and continuous profitability improvement
• Pricing analytics partnering with sales to make recommendations on pricing position
• Support balance sheet reconciliation for commercial-related accounts
• Analyze financial data, market trends and the performance of sales and marketing campaigns
• Support the company’s financial accounting, reporting and control activities

The skills required for the Operation Finance Controller: 

•  Bachelor’s in Finance/Controlling or related degree
• 5 years’ experience in Operations Controlling in an FMCG or Manufacturing business
• Excel proficient
• Fluent English is required as well as German spoken and written
• Strong stakeholder management
