As a Senior Consultant in our Dutch Finance & Accountancy recruitment team, Emma identifies the strongest talent available to place in key finance jobs in the Netherlands for our international clients in various industries.

She joined EMEA Recruitment in October 2023 with over ten years in the recruitment industry, an accumulation of both agency and in-house experience, which enables Emma to implement a bespoke people-first approach via her advanced knowledge of 360 recruitment processes.

Her previous experience began in the manufacturing sector, branching into engineering and evolving into civil engineering.

As an experienced recruiter, Emma is skilled in building rapport quickly with both candidates and clients at all levels of seniority. She enjoys having the opportunity to change people’s lives and match them to a career that aligns with their ambitions in a company that shares the same values and vision.

Emma’s Interests

Emma enjoys travelling in her campervan and likes the thought of being able to pack up quickly and drive to the seaside.

She also has three dogs: Flash (a golden retriever), Puggy (a pug-cross), and Freddie (a chihuahua), who all enjoy the beach.

Her other interests include going to the gym, listening to podcasts, and tattoos.
