Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international business in its search for a Finance Transformation Project Manager.

As Finance Transformation Project Manager, you will be joining a team of four at the global HQ in the Noord Brabant region.

In this role, you will be driving the finance roadmap through managing projects for the finance initiative.

Please note that this role involves 10% travel across Europe.

Responsibilities of Finance Transformation Project Manager:
  • Managing multidisciplinary projects within budget, time and scope
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks
  • End to end management of the entire Project Management range
  • Translating ideas for future improvements from design to execution
  • Managing a diverse and high-level stakeholder field in an international business environment

Experience/qualifications required:
  • Bachelors or Masters in Finance or relevant field
  • Between 5-8 years’ experience in managing finance improvement projects, change management and finance transformations
  • Excellent communication and motivation skills
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken
  • PMO certification is preferable (Prince 2/Agile/Lean)
