This is a junior role, offering hands-on experience and growth opportunities.

As a Power BI Finance Specialist, you will play a vital role in transforming our client's financial reporting processes. You'll work closely with the senior team member to automate monthly declarations and reports using Power BI, replacing traditional Excel-based methods.

This role is ideal for a driven individual eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the preparation of monthly management reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Collaborate with business functions to drive performance improvement initiatives
• Develop, implement, and maintain performance reports and models, continuously enhancing processes for efficiency and effectiveness
• Actively participate in the migration of reporting to Power BI, leveraging your expertise to streamline processes and improve data visualization
• Deliver financial performance reporting to the management team, focusing on presenting key insights clearly and concisely 
• Support the senior team member in various financial reporting tasks, assisting as needed

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting/IT or related field, with relevant experience in financial reporting in an international environment
• Proficiency in Power BI is essential, with working knowledge of Essbase being desirable
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail and numerical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, with a hands-on approach to tasks
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage ambiguity and thrive in a dynamic work environment
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
