Finance Manager

 

Job Description

My client, a fast paced, global technology business is urgently seeking a Country Finance Manager for their Swiss entity. This role will begin on an interim basis with the view to a permanent contract for the right candidate.

This is a time of transformation for the business, so they are looking for someone hands on with the ability to work independently and support the development of the Finance function.

As the Country Finance Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Manage the Accounting & Finance operations for multiple entities, ensuring compliance with Swiss and local financial regulations
  • Manage comprehensive reporting, asset accounting, and oversee major financial projects including ERP system implementation
  • Maintain rigorous financial controls and support liquidity management in line with group treasury directives
  • Serve as a key liaison for both internal and external parties, including during audits

Your Profile:

  • Demonstrated Finance expertise in a global setting, supported by a higher degree or professional qualification in Finance
  • Adept at analytical problem-solving with a meticulous and autonomous approach to responsibilities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, capable of functioning efficiently in a dynamic, high-velocity environment
  • Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel
  • Fluency in English is essential, German would be desirable
