Victoria oversees all accounting and payroll activity for EMEA Recruitment, working in partnership with our Global Head of Finance, Claire Stone, and our recruitment teams across the world.

She is an Accounts, MCIPP qualified and Payroll specialist with over 20 years of experience. Currently, Victoria is working towards completing her final AATs to strengthen her knowledge of Accountancy and her ability to understand the full accounting process.

Victoria enjoys working with a mixture of personalities and backgrounds at EMEA, and gets a buzz when everyone gets paid. She also enjoys seeing a client and candidate being paired together.

Victoria is always keen to learn about new processes to enhance and enable better ways of learning.

She is also part of our ESG committee and enjoys contributing to a better world and workplace culture.

Victoria’s Interests

Victoria likes shopping, attending live music events, watching films, and expanding her collection of Converse shoes.

Her main interest is going to the gym in the morning to improve herself, which makes her feel strong, energetic and alert.
