As the People & Culture lead, you will be part of the Centre of Excellence and play a pivotal role in driving cultural change, leading on organisation capability topics. You will implement employee engagement initiatives, and in the future spearhead DEI projects. You will conduct benchmarking activities across various locations to foster positive impacts on all employee demographics, both locally in Switzerland and throughout Europe.
This role is hands-on, involving the creation of toolkits and programs for both employees and managers, as well as fostering idea-sharing across regional networks to promote trust and collaboration.
Responsibilities of the People & Culture Lead include:
Championing and executing culture change initiatives across the region
Offering guidance and support on equality and diversity matters, while fostering inclusivity in the workplace
Managing complex projects related to organisation capabilities to enhance the organisation and HR
Advocating for the needs of diverse employee populations and driving organisational change
Developing and implementing reporting systems to enhance collaboration
Crafting toolkits for managers and employees, conducting workshops, and delivering presentations on various campaigns and topics
The ideal candidate will possess:
Proven expertise in talent management, culture transformation, and DE&I within the HR domain
Strong ability to influence stakeholders on sensitive subjects and build trust across the employee workforce
Capacity to manage multiple projects effectively, both hands-on and strategically
Fluency in both English and German
Availability for monthly travel to different site locations

Using Agile principles, you\'ll drive organisation-wide change projects where you will be deployed as a squad with executive sponsorship.
The role sits on the HRLT and reports into the CHRO so it\'s a high-profile and critical role for the organisation.
Responsibilities of the Head of HR Transformation:
Own the strategy and global implementation of medium/long term transformative projects
Manage end-to-end transformation from conceptual design to full deployment
Research industry trends to advise executives on innovative practices to optimise organisational change
Work with HR peers to upskill them in driving global transformation
Use people analytics to drive data-driven decision making
Experience Required:
Significant experience leading and driving transformation in an international setting
In-depth understanding of Agile principles and leading a squad
Knowledge of change management, organisation design and workforce analytics
Able to work cross-functionally and communicate with senior stakeholders
Commercially minded with strong business acumen
Master\'s level education would be ideal
