IT Systems Specialist (ERP & Infrastructure) | Hoofddorp | €50,000 – €70,000 + Benefits
EMEA Recruitment is exclusively supporting a rapidly growing business as they build their in-house IT function from the ground up. This role offers the chance to be hands-on in both ERP system support and broader IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across the business. Given the business’s strong focus on ERP and finance process integration, we’re particularly keen to hear from candidates with experience or affinity in finance-related system support.
The Opportunity As an IT Systems Specialist, you’ll play a key role in maintaining and optimising ERP and IT systems. You will provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and ensure IT operations run smoothly across different business functions.
Key Responsibilities
ERP & IT Support – Assist in maintaining and troubleshooting ERP & IT systems, ensuring they meet business needs
System Maintenance – Manage day-to-day system reliability, software updates, and basic configurations
User Support & Training – Provide technical assistance to internal teams, helping users adopt best practices and resolve IT issues
Data & System Integrity – Ensure accurate data management and ERP system configurations
IT Infrastructure Support – Assist in network, security, and system troubleshooting alongside ERP-related tasks
Process Optimisation – Identify and support improvements in IT and business workflows
What You’ll Bring
ERP Experience – 2+ years working with ERP systems (e.g. SAP S/4HANA, IFS, or similar)
Finance Exposure – Experience supporting finance-related processes or working with ERP modules linked to accounting, procurement or reporting
Hands-On IT Skills – Ability to troubleshoot systems, networks, and technical IT issues
Problem-Solving Mindset – Proactive approach to technical challenges and user support
Collaboration & Communication – Comfortable working in a cross-functional team, supporting both IT and business users
Fluency in English (French is a plus)
