EMEA Recruitment has exclusively partnered with an international organisation in its search for a new HR Business Partner to join its energetic and passionate team based in the Friesland, The Netherlands.

You will be an integral part of the team, involved in various department plans, strategic HR partnerships, talent, performance and change management.

The successful HR Business Partner will be passionate about people, skilled at designing and implementing effective people practices and have full autonomy to implement new processes in the business.

Responsibilities of HR Business Partner:
  • You will be part of the management team, working closely with the leaders to understand the business goals and building strong relationships
  • Align HR strategies with business objectives, offering guidance on people-related matters, and driving initiatives to boost performance management, employee engagement, recruitment, and talent retention
  • Partner with business leaders to design and implement talent management programs
  • Handle employee relations matters in collaboration with managers
  • Utilize HR analytics to generate meaningful insights and offer data-driven recommendations
  • Contribute to HR projects and initiatives, including process improvements, HR system implementations, and performance management initiatives

Skills/Experience Required:
  • 3+ years of proven experience as a HR Generalist 
  • Experience working across functional and country boundaries
  • Experience with implementing modern HR policies and processes
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch labour law
  • A "hands-on" person, able to collaborate with external suppliers, business units, managers and employees
  • Strong communicator, curious, resolute and a real team player
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities 
  • Fluent in English and Dutch
