Financial IT Accountant New

Job Description

We are seeking a Financial IT Accountant on behalf of the world's leading food manufacturer to join its SSC team in Lodz, Poland.

Responsibilities of the Financial IT Accountant:

• Manage and track digital budgets, including OPEX, CAPEX, and charge-back models

• Oversee monthly forecasting, reporting, and variance analysis aligned with business goals

• Develop and implement IT service charge-back models with internal ITSM teams

• Provide financial guidance to project and portfolio managers on costing and value tracking

• Identify and execute process improvements to optimize financial reporting and controls

Candidate requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business Administration, Controlling, or a related discipline

• Minimum 4 years of experience in financial management, budgeting, or IT controlling

• Proficient in OPEX, CAPEX, cost allocation, and forecasting methodologies

• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills with strong business acumen

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
