Job Description

Join our client\'s dynamic internal audit team as Audit Manager of the Communications and Reporting team.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver GIAA reports and presentations, covering audit plans, results, and remedial actions
  • Develop effective communication strategies for diverse stakeholders, including department leads, senior management, and board members
  • Oversee the preparation and communication of audit reports, ensuring relevance to respective managers
  • Review and enhance reports and presentations for improved communication and engagement
  • Provide guidance to delivery teams, aligning report and presentation standards with company guidelines, and contribute to GIAA’s working methods and strategic plan implementation
Qualifications and Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years of internal audit plus consultancy experience
  • Commodities industry experience
  • Audit certification advantageous

  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proficiency in report editing, proofreading, layout, and design
  • Knowledgeable in effective reporting and presentation techniques, coupled with strong interpersonal skills for seamless collaboration in diverse teams

    • Strong knowledge of IFRS and experience with the conversion from Swiss GAAP to IFRS
    • Experience with ERP systems selection and implementation, preferably with a focus on accounting and finance modules
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
    • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Proven ability to lead and develop an Accounting team

    Reporting to the Group Director of Tax, these new roles have been created to build the Tax function focusing on compliance

    Your responsibilities as the Tax Manager:
    • Manage tax compliance responsibilities, including overseeing tax declarations and meeting deadlines
    • Review tax returns and ensure all necessary information is provided to our external tax advisors
    • Act as a crucial interface between our accounting team and external advisors
    • Completion of in-house tax returns

    Candidate Requirements:
