EMEA Recruitment is working with a global leader in the manufacturing sector as they search for a Master Data Management Lead to drive the implementation of data governance strategies across the business.This is a high-impact role, offering visibility across multiple functions including Finance, Supply Chain, Risk, and Production.
Key Responsibilities of Master Data Manager:
- Develop and embed data governance frameworks, policies, and standards across all master data domains
- Ensure high-quality, consistent, and accessible data across core systems
- Lead a small team of data professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, best practice, and continuous improvement
- Drive data quality initiatives, audits, and continuous monitoring in collaboration with IT and business teams
- Oversee integration of master data across systems, ensuring compliance with data security standards
Your Profile:
- Degree-qualified in IT, Business, or related field
- 3-5 years’ experience in Master Data Management or Data Governance, including leadership experience
- Strong understanding of data management tools and enterprise
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage data in complex, multilingual environments
- Fluent in English; additional languages an advantage
