Out of work, Laura is busy with her three children, dog, cat and husband - her life is a whirlwind of football fields, swimming baths, village halls and parks!

Her other interests include travelling, running, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends, and pilates.

She has been doing pilates for around five years and likes the benefits it gives to the body, such as good posture and overall strength.

Your role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant
As a Senior Recruitment Consultant at EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in identifying and securing Europe\'s top talent for some of the most esteemed companies in Switzerland, The Netherlands, and Sweden.

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will use your expertise to build and nurture relationships with high quality professionals, ensuring that our clients staffing needs are fulfilled. Some of your responsibilities will include deciphering job briefs to grasp the client\'s ideal candidate profile, sourcing candidates who align with client requirements, crafting compelling job adverts and collaborating closely with team members to identify the perfect fit for each position.

An integral part of your role as a Senior Recruitment Consultant will be cultivating relationships—both new and existing—through engagement with both clients and candidates. This involves reaching out to potential candidates through calls, coordinating client meetings, hosting events such as CFO round tables, and more.

In essence, your role goes beyond the conventional aspects of recruitment, encompassing a multifaceted approach to ensure seamless matchmaking between clients and candidates.

Job Requirements
  • 4+ years of recruitment experience
  • Recruiting the professional services sector.
  • High level of intellectual agility and curiosity
  • Attention to detail and strong persistence
  • Strong drive for both success and excellence, independent self-starter
  • Well-structured way of working and self-organisation
  • Ability to manage multiple searches through strong project management
  • Fluency in English (German, French, Dutch, Swedish or Danish fluency would be advantageous)
  • Ability to travel potentially every 6-8 weeks (2-3 days)
