Laura has worked in recruitment for over 20 years. She joined EMEA Recruitment in 2016 to lead our internal recruitment and development programmes.

Our internal recruitment programme is considered an industry leader and showcases a comprehensive portfolio of training for our employees across all seniorities. Laura oversees and coordinates our regular training sessions, including our mentoring and coaching programme.

Since joining EMEA Recruitment, Laura has brought fantastic talent on board, working in partnership with our Attraction & Development Consultants, Natalia Hart and Ella Packham. She enjoys helping EMEA grow and finding recruiters that complement our culture.

With our ambitious growth plans, Laura is always keen to speak with any potential recruits.

Laura’s Interests

Out of work, Laura is busy with her three children, dog, cat and husband - her life is a whirlwind of football fields, swimming baths, village halls and parks!

Her other interests include travelling, running, trying new restaurants, spending time with friends, and pilates.

She has been doing pilates for around five years and likes the benefits it gives to the body, such as good posture and overall strength.

EMEA Recruitment is looking for a Marketing Manager/Director to join us on a six-month fixed-term contract to cover maternity leave. This role could be full or part-time.

You will have the opportunity to inject new ideas into the business at an exciting time of growth, following a recent rebrand and expansion into new markets and disciplines.

You will manage one Marketing Executive, as well as relationships with external agencies, such as web development and CRM providers.

You will be responsible for managing online and offline marketing activity across a global business and international team, ensuring attention to detail and brand consistency, as well as internal communications.

This role offers the opportunity to work with some of the most reputable businesses in the world on partnerships and industry-leading events, alongside regular thought-leadership campaigns.

We’re looking for a creative interim Marketing Manager/Director with the following skills and experience:

  • Track record of generating new ideas and implementing them with senior management
  • At least 8 years’ experience in Marketing – international exposure is beneficial
  • Responsibility for an annual Marketing budget
  • Experience in managing a team is preferred
  • Attention to detail and strong communication skills
  • Experience with CMS, CRM, SEO, and email marketing
  • Knowledge of multiple social media platforms, including LinkedIn
  • Previous experience in planning virtual and in-person events
