Natalia is an Attraction & Development Consultant, working closely with Laura Henderson and Ella Packham to bring fresh talent and develop top-tier development programmes for EMEA Recruitment’s teams.
In her role, Natalia implements a people-first approach and uses a transparent and open communication style. She joined EMEA Recruitment in September 2021.
Natalia thoroughly enjoys talking to people of all different levels and backgrounds. Each day, she has numerous conversations, getting to know people and their career progression plans – no two days are the same.
What Natalia enjoys the most is giving people the opportunity to grow and develop in their recruitment careers.
Natalia’s Interests
Natalia’s interests include the arts, health and wellbeing, travelling, and creative writing.
Her main interest is sports; for the past five years, she has managed a sports academy, which hosts a multitude of sporting activities for young people.
Internally, Natalia set up our Nottingham Fives football club, which saw some of our Consultants compete in a charity football tournament.
