Ella is an Attraction & Development Consultant in our internal recruitment team, working closely with Laura Henderson. She joined EMEA Recruitment in August 2023 with two years’ experience in internal and agency recruitment.
Ella supports Laura in finding top recruitment talent to join our specialist teams across Switzerland, the Netherlands, and the Nordics. She has previously worked with recruitment professionals in the Education and IT sectors.
Having graduated during the pandemic, Ella realised that she wanted to help people navigate the jobs market and support them in developing their careers.
Ella understands the importance of a long-term approach when building strong relationships with candidates.
Ella’s Interests
Ella has been cheerleading since she was three years old and even competed at the 2017 World Championships at the ESPN Complex in Florida.
She also enjoys going to the gym (especially spin classes and swimming), self-care, food, and arts and crafts.
