D365 System Engineer New

EMEA Recruitment is partnered with an established organization in Basel as it seeks a skilled D365 System Engineer to maintain and support its global Dynamics 365 F&O environment.

This role will focus on designing effective solutions, resolving technical issues, and supporting business process improvements on a global level.

As D365 System Engineer, you will have the opportunity to work in a collaborative, international environment where your expertise in D365 can make a measurable impact.

You'll join a forward-thinking team, contributing to key system enhancements and long-term business transformation.

Your responsibilities:

• Provide technical and functional support for Microsoft D365 Finance & Operations
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement effective solutions
• Lead configuration, testing, and deployment of system enhancements
• Collaborate with business teams to gather and document requirements
• Design scalable solutions aligned with business processes and best practices

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• 3–5 years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance & Operations
• Strong knowledge of financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash & Banking)
• Proven ability to design and deliver ERP solutions and documentation
• Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical business stakeholders
• Fluent in English - any other language is an advantag
