EMEA Recruitment has an exciting opportunity for a skilled Supply Chain Planning Manager to join a leading manufacturing company.

Reporting to the European Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for the strategic and tactical end-to-end supply chain planning operations.

The ideal candidate will have leadership qualities, have an FMCG background, and be fluent in both German and English.

Key duties of the Planning Manager include:
  • Develop and communicate short-term and med-long-term plans to stakeholders and cross-function teams
  • Propose capacity optimization plans
  • Formulate raw material supply chain strategies
  • Manage warehouse space and transportation requirements
  • Oversee inventory management
  • Support annual budgeting and strategic planning
  • Facilitate S&OP processes
  • Conduct Supply Reviews and innovate planning strategies
  • Assist in master data creation
  • Define supply strategies for key customers
  • Collaborate with Demand Management team
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of Supply Chain experience within a process/FMCG environment
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Good commercial acumen 
  • Proficient in Supply Chain concepts and SAP systems
  • Experience in S&OP cycles
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills

    • Implement Kinaxis Rapid Response across the Group in line with the OnePlan programme implementation timeline
    • Lead the functional selection process and later implement the future chosen Detailed Scheduling tool
    • Responsible for in-time and quality delivery for all Business Architect workstream deliverables in OnePlan including securing regional and market adherence to Process Blueprint Level 5 and below, user stories, gap analyses (As Is & To be), configuration, testing, training, go-live and hyper-care support
    • Develop and deploy sustainable supply planning capability and training programs to ensure consistency of knowledge, practices, and level of understanding across the whole planning community
    • Support regional teams to adhere to group standards for key supply processes/practices in markets through structured assessments and close monitoring vs Group standards
    • Together with the IBP resources, support the further development of the S&OP/IBP process maturity and continue improvement

    Personal qualifications & Experience:
    • Excellent project manager: Proven APS (Advanced Planning System) implementation or usage experience for supply planning
    • Has proven project management skills being able to deliver complex projects on time while managing communication/expectations with internal and external stakeholders
    • Experience in SAP APO, Kinaxis RapidResponse or other APS tools
    • Ability to have a holistic view of events and to connect cross-functional and regional initiatives. Begin with \"the end in mind” defining, proposing, and aligning stakeholders on all levels on a strategic vision
    • Min 5 years of operational planning experience within FMCG
    • Experienced change agent and communicator: Proven ability to operate effectively at all levels of the organization and an ability to build strong, constructive relationships and positively influence a diverse group of stakeholders.
    • Result Orientation: Documented history of own, measurable, and outstanding achievements in cross functional, cross-geographical business projects. Ability and willingness to coach diverse teams as well as demonstrate true adaptability and curiosity.
    • Travel requirement: 5-10% to Group- wide locations (Europe, Asia)

    In this role, you oversee day-to-day Accounting operations, including financial reporting, month-end close, and reconciliation processes.

    The Finance Manager will lead budgeting and forecasting processes, and provide financial analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.

    The successful candidate will monitor and report on the effectiveness of the compliance program to senior management and the board of directors, and plan/coordinate audit engagements, including resource allocation and scheduling.

    Responsibilities:
    • Lead audit teams in performing fieldwork, including testing of controls and substantive procedures
    • Identify and communicate audit findings, including recommendations for improvement
    • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures in accordance with Dutch laws and regulations
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as legal, finance, and operations teams, to ensure alignment of compliance efforts
