Key responsibilities:
Develop the HR strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals
Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on HR-related matters and organizational effectiveness
Ensure effective HR technology solutions are implemented
Utilize data and analytics to inform HR decision-making and continuous improvement
Foster a continuous learning environment to ensure the business remains agile and competitive
Experience required:
Proven experience as a Senior HR Leader within a fast-paced, international business environment
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence at leadership level
Data-driven mindset and digital savvy
Strong business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategy with business objectives
Ability to manage complex HR projects in a rapidly evolving business environment
Fluency in English - additional languages are a plus
