Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is proud to exclusively partner with a well-established tech business in its search for a Senior Business Controller to strategically drive performance and add long-term value to the Finance team.

Working in a dynamic and rapidly expanding business, this is a unique opportunity for a self-starting Big 4 professional to blend operational Finance and strategic business partnering with the scope of building a strong career as a Business Controller.
 
This position will suit someone who is proactive and self-driven with good social skills and a strong technical mindset.
 
Hybrid working is available for this position.
 
The main duties of the Senior Business Controller are: 
  • Financial data analysis and management reporting for performance tracking
  • Work with stakeholders and strategically guide them on business planning
  • Work on ad-hoc projects across the business
  • Identify and drive continuous improvement
The skills required for the Senior Business Controller are: 
  •  Bachelor’s in Finance/Controlling or related degree
  • 5 years' experience in the Big 4 or in financial control
  • Strong Excel and Power BI skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
