Job Description

EMEA Recruitment is working with an international company that provides cleaning and environmental solutions. Our client is currently seeking a Cashflow Manager for its Kraków-based Treasury team.

Responsibilities of the Cashflow Manager:

  • Plan and forecast Direct Cashflows, including Operating Cashflow, CAPEX, and tax impact, for quarterly corporate reporting and strategic decision-making
  • Analyze and report Working Capital metrics in coordination with GBS and Collection teams to support improved cash conversion and efficient operations
  • Monitor and control CAPEX spending across divisions, functions, and supply chain, ensuring compliance with budget and capital investment returns
  • Drive liquidity-focused projects across European legal entities, including ERP implementation from a banking perspective, working closely with finance, IT, and external banking partners
  • Support dividend and repatriation planning, including intercompany funding structures, capitalization strategies, and SOX-compliant financial commentary

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Treasury, FP&A, or related finance roles within a multinational environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., ACT, CFA, CIMA) are a plus
  • Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems such as SAP, HFM, or EPM
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and recommend practical solutions
  • Excellent English communication skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization
