Key responsibilities of the HR & Payroll Specialist:

• Independently manage end-to-end payroll processes for external clients (200–400 payslips per month)
• Prepare statutory reports for authorities including GUS, PFRON, ZUS, PPK, and Urz?d Skarbowy
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll using Enova software
• Collaborate with the internal HR Assistant to manage employee records and documentation
• Deliver payroll and personnel reports to clients (80% English-speaking client-based)

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll or HR administration, ideally in an outsourcing environment
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law, payroll processes, and statutory reporting obligations
• Proficiency in Enova or a similar payroll platform
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple client portfolios with high levels of confidentiality

Responsibilities of the Cashflow Manager:

• Plan and forecast Direct Cashflows, including Operating Cashflow, CAPEX, and tax impact, for quarterly corporate reporting and strategic decision-making
• Analyze and report Working Capital metrics in coordination with GBS and Collection teams to support improved cash conversion and efficient operations
• Monitor and control CAPEX spending across divisions, functions, and supply chain, ensuring compliance with budget and capital investment returns
• Drive liquidity-focused projects across European legal entities, including ERP implementation from a banking perspective, working closely with finance, IT, and external banking partners

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Treasury, FP&A, or related finance roles within a multinational environment
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., ACT, CFA, CIMA) are a plus
• Advanced skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems such as SAP, HFM, or EPM
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and recommend practical solutions
• Excellent English communication skills, proactive mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix organization

Fluency in Dutch is essential, as the role involves handling questions around collective labor agreements and managing client communication.

Responsibilities of the Interim Payroll Specialist:

• Managing payroll for a portfolio of clients all processed via Nmbrs

• Handling various CAOs with clients mainly in metal and technology, recreation, hospitality, and professional goods transport

• Responding to Payroll-related questions and interpreting labor agreements

• Processing pensions, updates, and ensuring timely, accurate submissions

• Acting as a go-to expert for Payroll questions across sectors

• Working 2–3 days per week (flexible setup)

What you’ll need:

• Proven experience in Dutch Payroll (interim or in-house)

• Strong knowledge of Nmbrs is a must

• Familiarity with multiple CAOs and the ability to interpret and apply them

• A high level of independence – you’ll need to manage tasks and clients with minimal oversight

• Stress-resistant, adaptable, and comfortable working at pace with frequent context-switching

• Dutch fluency (spoken and written)
