Our client, a reputable international outsourcing company with offices in
Warsaw and
Wroclaw, is seeking two highly motivated
Accounting Supervisor to join their accounting team.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals to step into a leadership role with full oversight of accounting processes and team management while supporting a diverse client base.
Key responsibilities of the Accounting Supervisor:
- Lead and develop a team of 4–6 accountants, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and career development support
- Manage end-to-end accounting processes in compliance with Polish regulations, covering VAT, CIT declarations, financial statements, and internal documentation aligned with ISAE certification standards
- Oversee and verify client-related financial operations, including payment processes, outgoing correspondence, invoicing, and time allocation in internal systems (e.g., TS)
- Ensure high-quality service delivery by coordinating with internal departments and maintaining effective communication with tax authorities, auditors, and clients
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, identify their evolving needs, and continuously improve team procedures, documentation, and internal workflows
Candidate Requirements:
- University degree in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, with strong knowledge of Polish tax regulations (VAT, CIT) and financial reporting
- Proven ability to manage and develop a small team
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Good command of English (both written and spoken), enabling daily communication with clients
