Duties of the AP Accountant will include:
- Processing vendor invoices and managing employee expenses
- Processing monthly vendor letters and payment reminders
- Vendor payment runs and manual payment runs
- Supporting with the accruals posting for monthly closing, as well as annual audits
We are looking to speak with German-speaking Accounts Payable professionals who have at least 3 years of experience in a relatable role.
The business language is English, however documents may be received and processed in German.

- Proven experience in financial consolidation and reporting within a multinational corporation or professional accounting firm
- US GAAP technical accounting knowledge would be strongly preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with all levels of management and staff within the organization
- Fluency in English, German would be desirable
- Proficient in the use of financial software (SAP would be desirable) and advanced skills in Excel and other Office applications

Tax Manager - Exclusive
We are working exclusively with our client in their search for two Tax Managers based in Zug.
Reporting to the Group Director of Tax, these new roles have been created to build the Tax function focusing on compliance, planning, and reporting to ensure adherence to tax laws and regulations while optimising tax efficiency.
Your responsibilities as the Tax Manager:- Manage tax compliance responsibilities, including overseeing tax declarations and meeting deadlines
- Review tax returns and ensure all necessary information is provided to our external tax advisors
- Act as a crucial interface between our accounting team and external advisors
- Completion of in-house tax returns
Candidate Requirements:- 4-8 years of relevant experience in tax compliance and preparation of tax returns
- Ability to sign off on tax returns prepared by external consultants
- Experience in German taxation is a must (Certified German Tax Advisor, Steuerberater, or relevant experience working with German tax regulations)
- Process improvement experience
