EMEA Recruitment is working with an innovative and forward-thinking life science company as they look for a Reward Manager.
Your role is to support the design, analysis, and administration of the company's equity compensation programs. You will work closely with the Head of Reward and other stakeholders to ensure the effective management of equity plans.
Responsibilities of the Rewards Manager:
Evaluate the company's existing equity compensation plans, including stock options, and other forms of equity grants; conduct in-depth analyses to assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of these programs
Maintain and update accurate records of equity grants, vesting schedules, and employee equity holdings; ensure data integrity and consistency
Assist in the preparation of equity-related reports and disclosures, ensuring they meet legal obligations
Assist in conducting benchmarking studies to compare the company's equity offerings with industry standards; using data to provide insights and recommendations for program improvements
Ideal profile:
Prior experience in compensation analysis, equity management, or related roles
Excellent MS Excel skills, attention to detail and a focus on maintaining data accuracy (an Excel skill test will be part of the interview process for this role)
Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
