Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to join our client's growing team in Zug. This pivotal role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and lead a newly formed finance team, guiding them through various high-impact projects.

Key responsibilities of the Head of Finance:

• Lead a diverse team of Accountants and Controllers, ranging from junior to senior levels
• Provide guidance, training, and leadership to junior members while empowering senior team members
• Oversee Consolidation Accounting under IFRS and Controlling functions
• Drive the selection and implementation of a new ERP system
• Manage and streamline finance operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance
• Contribute to strategic financial planning and analysis
• Potential for future responsibilities, such as taking over treasury functions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in Consolidation Accounting under IFRS
• Strong background in Controlling
• Demonstrated leadership skills, with a track record of managing and developing finance teams
• Hands-on experience in ERP system selection and implementation is highly desirable
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
