Millie is a vital part of our dedicated recruitment teams in Switzerland, supporting our efforts to source top talent for clients in a variety of sectors. Her recruitment specialism is Human Resources, however, she assists our Consultants in Procurement & Supply Chain and Finance & Accountancy.

Millie can gather detailed information about a company’s culture, structure and operations, cultivating her ability to source appropriate candidates who can align with their mission and expectations with ease.

With a natural and non-biased approach, Millie has created a concentrated network of mid-senior level professionals and enjoys speaking to a variety of people from different cultures with varying experiences to understand their next career move or recruitment needs, enabling her to create long-lasting relationships.

She does not shy away from providing constructive feedback to give candidates the best opportunity in their interviews; she is always full of advice and on hand to answer any concerns people may have – skills she has developed through her background in customer service and outsourcing.

Millie’s hobbies include walking, cooking, reading, and going to the gym.

The environment is an interest she takes further by ensuring to use zero waste products where she can, reusing items and avoiding plastic.

Millie has also started a small project, which involves creating products such as lip balms and body butter made from natural ingredients.
